Track(ed) Changes

Track(ed) Changes is a project conceived and produced by artist Bob Faust and his studio Faust Projects. It is a project that features the work of 5 artists and two arts organizations on the exterior of Chicago Transit Authority trains via full train vinyl wraps. This project coincided with the 2024 Democratic National Convention which was hosted in Chicago.

Bob Faust reached out personally and invited me to be a part of this project. The train murals depict the concept of democracy through the lens of the various artists featured.

For a project debuting during the DNC and centering the topic of democracy, “Track(ed) Changes” doesn’t dive directly into politics. Rather, according to Bob Faust, a Chicago artist and curator of the exhibition, that’s part of the point—instead, it draws attention to Chicago’s local communities and artists.
